Personal data will only be stored if this is necessary to provide the service booked, to comply with legal requirements or for the purpose stated below.
Anonymised data/log files
You can visit our website without having any personal data collected. Every time you visit our website, however, certain anonymised data is stored, e.g. which page or which offer was called up. However, this data is not personal and is therefore not subject to the legal regulations of the GDPR or the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
The website operator or site provider collects data on access to the site and stores this as "server log files". The following data is logged like this:
Visited website, time of access, amount of data sent in bytes, source/reference from which you accessed the site, browser used, operating system used, IP address used.
The data collected is used only for statistical purposes and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.
A collection of anonymous data takes place solely for statistical evaluation in order to improve our offer. Please also read the sections "Right to information / right of revocation".
Purpose of the collection of personal data
However, the collection of personal data is indispensable if you wish to book a service via our portal, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or use other offers on our site, for the processing of which personal data is indispensable.
In accordance with the legal regulations and in the interests of data economy, we generally only collect data that is required for the provision of this particular service. As far as we ask for further information in our forms, the information is always voluntary and marked as such.
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the IP address of the user must remain stored for the duration of the session. In addition, it is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. The data is also used to optimise the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
In the case of booking one of our services, the data collected will be used for the processing of this booking, for advertising purposes and for statistical purposes within the legal requirements.
Legal basis for the dispatch of the newsletter as a result of the sale of goods or services is § 7 Abs. 3 German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will also store and use the personal and service data you provide when making a booking on basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR in order to provide you with the best possible service as a newsletter subscriber.
The legal basis for the processing of the data by the user after registration for the newsletter is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR if the user has given his consent.
We also use the personal data stored by us to maintain customer relations, to provide customer support (e.g. information on the services you have booked), to carry out our own advertising and marketing measures (e.g. the dispatch of catalogues or other advertising mailings within the legally permissible framework, queries on customer satisfaction) and to process orders.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
If and to the extent that we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing personal data, Art. 6 (1)(a) EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as legal basis.
Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data required for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR serves as legal basis.
Art. 6 (1)(d) GDPR serves as legal basis in the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data.
If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR serves as legal basis for the processing.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Disclosure of your personal data takes place exclusively if legally required, in particular, if required by data protection regulations and competition acts.
Insofar as this is necessary for the provision of the contractual service owed by us or statutory obligations, your data is also passed on to sub-contractors or service providers for the provision of the service in our name or on our behalf (e.g. technical processing of postal and email dispatch, payment processing, customer service).
In addition, the data is passed on to persons or companies to process your booking. Please note that the data protection regulations at the headquarters of these persons and companies may differ from those in Germany.
A disclosure and transmission of your data to third parties will also take place if we are obliged to do so by law or due to a legally binding judicial procedure.

In addition, the data may be stored if the European or national legislator has provided for this in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the Controller is subject. The legislator has enacted various obligations and periods for the retention of data.
